Get the price right
Our estate agent can provide a free, accurate property valuation when you book your initial appointment on our website. Our local property expert will meet with you in person to carry out the valuation.

Showcasing your home
Once the valuation has been agreed we will arrange professional photography, videography, floorplan and a virtual tour before your property listing goes live.

All out marketing
We will advertise your property on the Haboodle website and major property websites such as Rightmove & Zoopla. We’ll also promote it to our own database of potential buyers and on social media.

Seal the deal
From offers made, our agent will guide you through the process and work with you and the buyer’s agent to negotiate the sale. Once agreed, a sales memorandum will be generated and sent to all parties.

The legals
Our agent will then ensure all solicitors and surveyors are instructed and booked in. They will also provide regular updates on progress and contact solicitors to ensure all deadlines are met.
Step 7
Completing your sale
When all the paperwork and legal conveyancing are complete, contracts will be exchanged and a date agreed for the completion of your house sale. This is when a key handover will be arranged and you move out of your property.

Really above and beyond
Dan helped us sell our first house, and was already really helpful in our search for our second house. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market and really went above and beyond to help us through ever step.
