When you book your initial appointment on our website, our local property expert will meet with you in person to carry out a free valuation to determine the optimal rental value for your property.

Showcasing your property
Once the rental value has been agreed, we will arrange for professional photography, videography, floorplans and a virtual tour to showcase your property effectively.
Step 3
24/7 tenant feedback
Through our online app, you will have access to real-time updates, including upcoming viewings and feedback from prospective tenants. This helps you stay in control and up to to date throughout. .
Step 4
Securing the tenancy
Once we receive offers, our agent will work closely with you and the tenant to negotiate the terms and details of the agreement.An official tenancy agreement will then be drafted and shared with all involved parties. Full tenant referencing will be carried out and deposits collected.

The legals
As a landlord, you must comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to letting a property in the UK. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure your property is fully compliant and protected.
Step 6
Completing the rental process

Really above and beyond
