Start the conveyancing process
Time to engage a surveyor and a solicitor to carry out the legal aspects. The surveyor will value the property and check for potential problems which might affect the final cost, whilst the conveyancer will manage the legal aspects of the purchase.

Finalise the details
If you wish to renegotiate the price of your potential home after the survey is done, this is your chance to instruct us to do so on your behalf before sealing the deal.

Really above and beyond
Dan helped us sell our first house, and was already really helpful in our search for our second house.
